    A person who has knowledge of construction (not necessarily a contractor), and reports the existing condition of a property. Knowledge, Experience and Communication skills (Report Writing) are important for a good and qualified inspector. Licensing is not mandatory in the State of California and inspectors are rated by certification.

  • WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN A GENERAL INSPECTION?
    Unsafe/Unhealthy spots or areas for inspector, and possible liability for causing damage. Places not visible to the naked eye, and where there is no access. Hidden damage or affects. Roof tops with breakable tiles. Inside parts of systems, such as Water Heater, HVAC or others.
